information is used to issue you a receipt and to keep you informed about the impact your support is
making with the community. This information is never shared. You may opt out of future contact at
any time or request your gift remain anonymous by emailing info@triohio.org.
Information collected to receive our communications is collected and secured by our contact
database provider, Constant Contact. This information is never shared. You may opt out of future
communications at any time by emailing info@triohio.org, or by clicking the Unsubscribe on a
newsletter.
Information collected as you register for our events is collected and secured by our registration
system, Salesforce. This information is never shared.
OUR COMMITMENT TO DATA SECURITY
The security of your personal information is important to us. Firewalls, data encryption, and physical
access controls at Salesforce data centers are utilized when transmitting sensitive information – such
as credit card information submitted in order to make a donation. None of the personal data collected
is stored directly in the pages. All donation information, including contact information and payment
information required to process your donation, is secured via our payment processing service, Stripe.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to change Our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial
changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement at our home page located
at info@triohio.org.
EXCEPTIONS TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We will make exceptions to this privacy policy without notification if compelled to share information by
court order.
