Nicole Crider

A lifelong horse enthusiast, Nicole got her first pony at age 9 and has been caring for horses each day since.  She graduated from The University of Findlay in 2007 with Bachelor's degrees in Equine Business Management and Equine Studies - Hunter/Jumper Emphasis. 

After graduation she spent some time working for the prestigious equine event production company, Equine Affaire, assisting with the marketing and educational program departments.  She then headed to Wright State University where she earned Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance. 

Since 2010, Nicole has been serving as the Business Director and Quality Manager at Taylor Manufacturing Company, a family-owned precision aerospace manufacturing company.  She was instrumental in Taylor Manufacturing earning the highly regarded AS9100D accreditation in 2019.  Nicole oversees all aspects of business management there, from sales to human resources, accounting to inventory.

In addition to her weekday job, Nicole also owns and operates the high-end boarding farm Mill Creek Equestrian just outside New Carlisle, OH.  She purchased the then empty farm in the fall of 2014 and has built it into a thriving business with many happy horses and clients enjoying exceptional care and facilities.  She enjoys helping her clients achieve success with their horses and spending time on the farm with her husband, stepson, and Bernese Mountain Dogs.
